Refunds

We have a 14 - day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the original packaging in order for the return to be accepted. 

Requesting a refund -

1. You must first contact us at info@slickvibes.com and provide all the information with the proof of purchase.

2. If the return is accepted, we will contact you with the instructions on how and where to send your package. (Please bear in mind if there is no fault with the product/s, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned safety to us via courier service or a postal. In the case, of you receiving the refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us and the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered.)

3. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded. We only refund back to the original method of payment charged only and this will take 2 - 5 days depending on the bank.

Please note - items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue as soon as possible. We will replace or exchange the product/s when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. We kindly ask to send photographs or videos of the issue, so that Customer Care team could assist you better.

Exemptions/Non - refundable items

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on sale items or if the product has been used.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
